SuaraPemerintah.ID – Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno bertemu dengan beberapa investor asal Singapura untuk berinvestasi di sektor pariwisata di Indonesia dalam rangka membangkitkan ekonomi dan membuka peluang usaha dan lapangan kerja.
Menparekraf memaparkan, bahwa Pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan kebijakan untuk Ease of Doing Business (EODB) dan investasi sehingga ia bergerak cepat mengundang lebih banyak investor ke Indonesia.
“Kami bertemu dengan enam perusahaan besar dalam rangka penandatanganan kerja sama sesuai dengan arahan Presiden untuk mendatangkan digital nomad agar meningkatkan kualitas kunjungan wisatawan dan memberikan dampak kepada para pelaku UMKM di destinasi unggulan seperti di Canggu Bali,” kata Menparekraf Sandiaga di Singapura, Jumat (30/9/22).
Menparekraf said the signing of the collaboration with Bionomic targeted 1,000 to 5,000 digital nomads within 6-12 months to come to Indonesia.
Furthermore, he hopes that this step can expand new opportunities and jobs in the country.
Secondly, said Sandiaga, he witnessed and facilitated the ARTotel Group which is expanding its business overseas in collaboration with the Far East Group in order to add accommodation in the form of an international hotel chain.
“With this collaboration, our local hotel brands such as ARTotel can go international and have an impact to open up business opportunities and supply chains. We will also facilitate students who graduate from Poltekpar to get internship opportunities. This is a new history, Indonesian companies are able to expand their wings and expand their international networks,” he said.
Menparekraf also met with Capital Land to discuss investment and development opportunities in 5 super priority tourism destinations (DPSP) and 8 SEZs in the country.
Then there was also a meeting with Red Doorz to increase the amount of investment, especially in the accommodation sector, namely Red Doorz Goes Green.
“Moreover, many international events will be held in various regions in Indonesia involving local MSME products for the provision of toiletries,” he said.
Menparekraf Sandiaga hopes that efforts to attract more tourism investors to Indonesia will boost the performance of the tourism sector and the creative economy in the country so that an economic revival is realized after the pandemic.
Wellness Tourism
Setelah bertemu dengan beberapa investor asal Negeri Singa. Menparekraf juga sembat bertemu dengan Menteri Kesehatan Singapura Ong Ye Kung untuk membahas tentang kerjaasama penyediaan layanan wisata berbasis kesehatan dan kebugaran di tanah air.
“Kekuatan Indonesia ada di wellness tourism dan juga beberapa layanan lainnya seperti KEK Kesehatan yang berada di Sanur. Jika dapat di kerjasamakan akan menghasilkan sesuatu yang luar biasa.
Sehingga kerjasama ini tidak hanya menyediakan layanan kesehatan yang prima saja tetapi juga membuka lapangan kerja yang luas,” ujarnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Menparekraf didampingi oleh Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf Henky Manurung, Direktur Akses Pembiayaan Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf Anggara Hayun Anujuprana.
