Transjakarta dan TNI AD Sepakati Kerjasama Tiga Hal Penting

SuaraPemerintak.ID –  PT Transportasi Jakarta or Transjakarta together with the Indonesian Army, represented by the Jayakarta Regional Military Command, entered into a cooperation agreement in three important matters, Friday (30/9).

The cooperation agreement was signed by the Main Director of PT Transportasi Jakarta, M Yana Aditya and the Military Commander, Maj. Gen. Untung Budiharto at the PT Transportasi Jakarta Office, Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, Makasar, East Jakarta.

Also present present to witness the signing were the Head of the Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, DKI DPRD member Manuara Siahaan and a number of related officials.

Main Director of PT Transportasi Jakarta, M. Yana Aditya explained, three important things were included in the signing of this collaboration, namely regarding human resources (HR), especially in terms of personnel assistance for security from the Jaya Military Command to PT Transjakarta.

Then PT Transportasi Jakarta and Kodam Jaya will collaborate in order to provide education and training which is planned to be carried out at RINDAM Jaya. Third, related to the utilization of assets, especially the assets of the Jayakarta Military Command and PT Transjakarta, each of which can later be collaborated, especially in the transportation sector.

“Regarding education, this is more internal to PT Transportasi Jakarta. Later employees and staff at PT Transjakarta will receive education at the Kodam regarding discipline and safety issues,” said Yana.

Meanwhile, Pangdam Jaya, Maj. Gen. Untung Budiharto, revealed that his party is ready to help secure PT Transjakarta in critical situations, such as when there is a large-scale demonstration or other incident.

“It is our duty to protect the safety of the nation, both life and property,” said TNI Maj. Gen. Untung Budiharto.

He hopes that this collaboration will benefit all Jakarta residents and PT Transjakarta.

According to Untung, currently most members of the TNI have used public transportation owned by PT Transjakarta, although independent transportation has also been prepared. If later there is further collaboration, Untung hopes that TNI members will be given cards to ride Transjakarta.

Head of the DKI Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo added, as a collaboration city, Jakarta requires collaboration with existing stakeholders. One of them with the Jayakarta Regional Military Command which was carried out today.

“The collaboration that is being carried out today between PT Transjakarta and Kodam Jaya is one of the implementations of the Jakarta City collaboration,” he concluded.
